What is One Life?
- Communication empowerment for youth and young adults and for parents of youth and young adults, through an evidence-based prevention program called Say It Straight™. Gift card incentives are provided upon completion.
- Free and confidential HIV and hepatitis C testing and linkage to care
- Substance misuse, HIV, and hepatitis C prevention messaging throughout the community
- Community capacity building to increase prevention services for 13-24 year old minority populations
Say It Straight™ Training
Say It Straight™ is a research-based skills building program that results in:
- Empowered communication skills and behaviors
- Increased self-awareness, positive relationships, and personal and social responsibility
- Decreased risky or destructive behaviors

Join a Say It Straight™ Program
Trainers are available to bring this program to your youth or adult group, or you can join a training FREE OF CHARGE, in-person or virtually. This is a 5-8 session prgram and can be formatted to fit your needs. Incentives are provided upon completion.
